I reach out to you to set a time to ZOOM through your Predictive
Index results and we talk about your team(s).

On ZOOM, it is here, we determined IF the Team
Diagnostic is a FIT for you.

 

STEP 4

You Choose Which of the Four Options You Want.

 

STEP 5

Every Team Member completes the Predictive Index.

That is GREAT, because once you KNOW, there’s no going back – you will ALWAYS want to know what makes your teams tick.

I believe that I can help you with this.

Here's a bit of a heads-up…

STEP 3

On ZOOM, it is here, we determined IF the Team
Diagnostic is a FIT for you.

 

Firstly, WHEN WE MEET – After you have completed the behavioral assessment (in our meeting to go over your assessment results) I’ll spend time asking you about your job and your team(s), and what you want to know about your team(s).

I'll ask you a whole bunch of questions, but you won't need to prepare anything because the questions will be straight forward.

Then I'll be in a position to identify how I can best help.

And at that point, I’ll know if I would be good fit for your needs at this time.

If I am not a good fit then I’ll probably be able to recommend something or someone else that would be a better fit.

If I am a fit, we can talk about the different ways I help clients diagnose their teams.

Of course, you'll be able to ask me questions as well.

And just so you know in advance, the investment for working with me starts at $5,500 per team – up to $12,500 per team.

BTW: here's what our meeting will NOT be...

Just so you know, your meeting with me will not be a “sales ambush” where you get your arm twisted and pushed into something that you don’t want.

That wouldn’t be fair to you and that’s not my style.

Instead, we’ll have a conversation to see if my coaching style/workshop style is the right fit for you.

Our meeting is all about FIT.

The purpose of our meeting is to determine if my services are a good fit for you.

And here's what I need from you before you book a time to talk...

Working with me starts at $5,500 per team – up to $12,500 per team.

So, please know that I am not wanting to be rude or off-putting here, but it is important to me that you know the financial investment of my services before you move forward with setting a time to talk with me, and that you can afford this investment.

The only thing I ask in return is that BEFORE you complete the behavioral assessment – YOU are seriously committed to wanting to UNDERSTAND your team(s) and you want to explore the possibility of working with me and that you can afford for us to work together if we agree that it’s a good idea for you.

What I need from you before you complete the behavioral assessment...

Otherwise, there really is no point in us meeting because if we both agree that my services are a good fit but you can’t afford them then you’ll be disappointed … and I may even be a tad frustrated too .
